Any company with the intention to start (continue) to carry out high-risk or operation of facilities, machinery, tools, train workers on occupational safety and health of other business entities, vocational training, retraining and workers who will perform the works of increased danger, should obtain a permit Gosgortekhnadzor or its territorial body.

Basic principles of occupational safety are described in the legislation of Ukraine - The Law of Ukraine "About ohoronu pratsі" .

To obtain permission Gosgortekhnadzor, business entity or authorized person gives Gosgortechnadzor or its regional office at the location, a statement according to a standard to which are attached:

• at the beginning of (continued) works of increased danger - expert opinion about the possibility of an economic entity to ensure compliance with the requirements of laws and other legal acts on labor protection and industrial safety in the performance statement of work;
• to operate the facility - expert opinion on the compliance requirements of the facility regulations on labor protection and industrial policy;
• to conduct training on occupational safety and health expert's chief scientific and methodological center or expert technical center Gosgortekhnadzor about the possibility of an economic entity to conduct training on safety.

Gosgortechnadsor or its territorial offices within 30 working days after the application issues a business entity authorized or reported in writing to refuse to appropriate confirmation.

Scope: the territorial area where the company is registered

Lines of action are:

1. Copy of the constitution
2. Copy of certificate of state registration (2ve notarized copies)
3. A copy of the certificate of incorporation in the Unified State Register of Enterprises (2ve notarized copies)
4. A copy of the certificate VAT
5. Banking details
6. Data about the existence of separate departments
   
7. A copy of the lease office

Just as possible is desirable to provide such documents:

1. A copy of the diploma and work record company director
2. Data about the availability of working
3. Statements on the availability of office and industrial and warehouse space, copies of documents confirming (extracts from the balance sheet, copies of leases, etc.)
4. Data on the presence of the basic techniques, equipment, availability and control instrumentation, copies of documents concerning the evidence (extracts from the balance sheet, copies of leases, etc.)
5. Data on the availability of office equipment
6. Materials that confirm the experience and qualifications of the applicant
