Entering Houses in operation (input homes in operation)

 
Putting houses in operation before 31 December 2010 substantially simplified.

The new order to enter the house in operation makes it possible to legalize samostroy.

Entering Houses in the operation of the simplified procedure applies to already constructed:

    - Private homes such as gardening

    - Holiday houses with farm buildings and structures

    - Garden house with farm buildings and structures

The house, which was put into operation, to be built by an individual in the period from August 5, 1992. January 1, 2008 ..

Commissioning of the houses is carried out on the basis of an application for admission to the operation, which must be filed before 31 December 2010. Without first obtaining permission to perform construction work.

Private homes takes into operation of the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Construction Control according to their location. Inspection of State Architectural and Building Control will issue the certificate of conformity home state building codes, standards and regulations.

1. The house area of 200 sq.m. inclusive, the number of floors above ground no more than two (2), farm buildings and building area up to 100 sq.m. including:

2. The house area of 350 sq.m. inclusive, farm buildings and structures of an area of 150 sq.m. inclusive.

Required documents:

    - The document proving ownership of land use on which the house.

    - Help on the harmonization of decision-house operation, issued by a decision of the local executive body of Agriculture, the City Council.

    - Datasheet BTI.

    - Report on the inspection for compliance with state building standards, building codes, regulations fire safety and health legislation, drawn up by an organization that has a license and agreed with the authority of the state fire control and sanitation epidimilogicheskoy service.

3. The area houses more than 350 sq.m. with farm buildings and structures.

Required documents:

    - The document proving ownership of land use on which the house.

    - Help on the harmonization of decision-house operation, issued by a decision of the local executive body of Agriculture, the City Council.

    - Datasheet BTI.

    - Report on the technical inspection for compliance with state building standards, building codes, regulations fire safety and health legislation, drawn up by an organization that has a license and agreed with the authority of the state fire control and sanitation epidimilogicheskoy service.
